Warmup: Practice double-unders; wall ball ladder; 6th round - wall ball burpees

Skill: Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

WOD#1:
10 minute partner AMRAP:
 - Partner 1: 10 burpees
 - Partner 2: as many SDLHPs as possible as partner does burpees
 - Switch after every10 burpees
Score is total number of SDLHPs

WOD#2: Group Karen (150 wallballs / 9 participants)
