Warm-up: (stealing from Sam... just call me a jackdaw)
  • 20 pushups, 20 situps, 20 squats, 20 double unders (or 200 single unders)
  • Sprints, front squats, overhead squats, burpees and figure 8s with wall balls

Skill: Deadlift 5-5-5



WOD:
"Zeus" modified:
3 rounds for time of:
  • 10 wall ball shots
  • 10 deadlifts 115/75
  • 10 box jump 20/24" (no 16" this morning, ladies! Great work!)
  • 10 dumbbell push press
  • 10 double unders (or 100 single unders)
  • 10 push ups
