Warmup: tire flips, sled drags, pull up negatives & shoulder mobility with band

Skill: Handstand pushups (gotta get this baby flipped!)

WOD: 20 minute AMRAP partner WOD:
25 partner situps & wall ball tosses (24" box in between partners)
20 burpees (partner holds plank)
15 partner squats with ball in between backs
10 wall ball burpees
5 hand stand pushups
