20min partner wod:
Partner 1 does 1 wallball, 1 chest to bar pull up
Partner 2 does 2 wallball, 2 chest to bar pull up
Partner 1 does 3 wallball, 3 chest to bar pull up etc.
Numbers ascend for the 20min. Partner who is not doing wallballs/pull-ups, is going for max reps of over/unders (lay dowel across 2 boxes). Combined over/unders is your team score.
