Inferno Fitness On-Ramp Program

Are you interested in getting fit, but don't know where to start (or keep saying you'll start "next week"...)? Are you intimidated by fitness programs? Inferno Fitness' two week on-ramp program is meant for men and women who haven't worked out in years - or ever.

There are three classes that you'll learn the fundamentals of functional movement, develop new skills that will lead to life long fitness, and have lots of fun. All movements are scaled to your ability.

Dates: Sept 29th & Oct 1st at 7p.m, and Oct 4th at 9:30a.m
Price: $45 (incl. GST)
Minimum enrollment: 5
Maximum class size: 10

The number of programs available today is the greatest that it has ever been and everyone can find a program that suits them.
