Warm-up: 4min of skipping (1min each of regular skips, running skips, circle skips, double unders), then 3 rounds of 10 jumping squats, 10 vertical jumps, 10 jumping lunges, 10 tuck jumps)
Skill: overhead squat, then snatch balance (snatch push press high, snatch push press low, dowel press unders, heaving snatch balance, snatch balance)
WOD:
In partners, alternate the following:
30 OVHS each
50 box jump burpees each
30 snatch balance each
50 sit-ups with wall ball each
